Event Details:

We are going to have Great American Stampede Fun Park, which will be 2-days of events in the Main Street park that include entertainment, western vendors, carnival games, horse displays and a Great American Stampede Parade on Saturday. Entertainment will include, local bands, local talent, cowboy poetry, cloggers, square dancers, fiddlers, and more!!

Some of the vendors include, saddle makers, Native American jewelry, wood trinkets, tons of good food. There will be carnival games for the kids and an mechanical bull.

 

  • Events start at on Friday evening and run from noon on Saturday.
  • Horse parade, barrel racing, calf roping and other western theme events
  • Fun for all ages

Overview: The Great American Stampede takes place each September, after the Labor Day holiday is done. There are Western theme activities galore and something for every cowboy and cowgirl out there. Professional rodeo riders compete in barrel racing, calf roping and steer riding among other crazy stunts.

Details: There will also be country music entertainers jamming on stage. Many other Western theme activities to get you the "ya-haw" mood will occur over the weekend. Local horsemen will parade their beautiful black Fresian horses down Main Street for kick off. Other events start at on Friday evening and run from noon on Saturday.
